At Powetik Jewelz Jewelry, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy.

Damaged Items

Refunds will only be issued if an item is received damaged. If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery to report the issue.

To submit a damage claim, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the damage

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Claims submitted after the 2-day reporting period may not be eligible for review or refund.

No Refunds or Returns

Except for items received damaged, all sales are final. We do not offer:

  • Exchanges

  • Cancellations after an order has been placed

Lost or Stolen Packages

Powetik Jewelz Jewelry is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped and are in the possession of the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding any delivery issues.
